EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Products may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of purchase. This applies to products purchased from the MÖNNA online store, but not to products purchased from resellers or elsewhere. Under no circumstances may the returned product be used, worn, dirty or washed. It must still have the original labels attached and show all other signs of being a new, unused product. Used products or products altered at the customer’s request will not be accepted. The right of exchange applies once per transaction. Exchanged products cannot be exchanged a second time. The seller has the right not to accept the return of the product and to forward it for inspection to the production department of MOONSTAR OÜ, where a decision will be made no later than within 30 days as to whether the product can be accepted for return.

OMNIVA
If you ordered your goods to an Omniva parcel locker in Estonia, you may return the order within 14 days of receiving the SMS notification by using the return code sent by Omniva via SMS. Select ‘Return parcel’ from the Omniva parcel locker menu, then enter the return code received via SMS and attach the address label printed by the parcel locker. Find the nearest parcel locker HERE.
SMARTPOST
If you ordered your goods to an Itella SmartPOST parcel locker in Estonia, you may return the order within 14 days of receiving the SMS notification by using the same SmartPOST door code that was used to collect the parcel. Select ‘Parcel return’ from the SmartPOST parcel locker menu and enter the same code that you used to collect the parcel. Find the nearest parcel locker HERE
DPD
If you ordered your goods using the DPD service, a return label is included with the order, which you can use when returning the parcel via any parcel locker of your choice. (Products can only be returned via a DPD parcel locker or Pickup service point. Find the nearest location HERE.
RETURNING GOODS
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days. The right of withdrawal does not apply where the buyer is a legal person.
In order to be eligible to use the 14-day right of withdrawal, the ordered goods must not be used in any manner other than that which is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and function of the goods, in a manner similar to what would be permitted when testing goods in a physical store. Any item to be exchanged or returned must not be damaged or show signs of wear, must be in its original packaging, and must have all original labels attached.
If the goods have been used for purposes other than those necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and function of the goods, or if they have signs of use or wear, the online store has the right to reduce the refundable amount by the diminished value of the goods.
To return goods, a withdrawal notice relating to the purchase must be submitted.
Send the packaged goods to MOONSTAR OÜ, Kaare 4, Kuressaare, Saaremaa, +372 506 4025., no later than within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Goods sent via parcel locker are accompanied either by a return label or an SMS return code; please familiarise yourself with the rules of the different service providers.
For returned products, the accounting department of Moonstar OÜ will refund the amount to the bank account specified in your withdrawal notice without delay, but no later than within 30 days of receiving the returned product. The cost of courier or parcel locker services incurred in connection with sending and returning the parcel will not be refunded to the customer.
The online store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and require the buyer to return the goods if the price of the goods was marked significantly below the market value of the goods due to an error.
