Delivery outside Estonia takes up to 14 calendar days.<\/li>\n<li>In exceptional cases, the goods may be delivered within up to 30 calendar days.<\/li>\n<li>If the online store has notified the buyer of delivery problems and a deadline exceeding 30 calendar days through the online store or in the order confirmation, the deadline set by the online store applies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2eece74 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"2eece74\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1322530 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"1322530\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h5 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Right of withdrawal<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9c6124c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9c6124c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul>\n<li>After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract concluded with the online store within 14 days.<\/li>\n<li>The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal persons.<\/li>\n<li>In order to be eligible to use the 14-day right of withdrawal, the ordered goods must not be used in any manner other than that which is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and function of the goods, in a manner similar to what would be permitted when testing goods in a physical store.<\/li>\n<li>If the goods have been used for purposes other than those necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and function of the goods, or if they have signs of use or wear, the online store has the right to reduce the refundable amount by the diminished value of the goods.<\/li>\n<li>To return the goods, an application for return must be filled in, which can be found <b><a href=\"https:\/\/monna.ee\/en\/return-form\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">HERE<\/a><\/b>.<\/li>\n<li>The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer, except if the reason for the return is that the returned goods do not correspond to the order (e.g., wrong or defective item).<\/li>\n<li>Send the packaged goods to MOONSTAR O\u00dc, Kaare 4, Kuressaare, 93816 Estonia, no later than within 14 days of receiving the goods. Goods sent via parcel locker are accompanied either by a return label or an SMS return code; please familiarise yourself with the rules of the different service providers <a href=\"https:\/\/monna.ee\/en\/returns\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">HERE<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the application or provide proof that they have handed over the goods to the carrier within this period.<\/li>\n<li>Upon receipt of the returned goods, the online store must return to the buyer immediately, but no later than within 14 days from the receipt of the application for withdrawal, all payments received from the buyer under the contract.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"><\/span><\/li>\n<li>The online store has the right to refuse to refund the buyer until the goods which are the object of the contract have been returned or until the buyer has provided proof that they have sent the goods back, whichever is the earliest.<\/li>\n<li>If the buyer has expressly opted for a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by the online store, the online store is not required to reimburse the buyer for the costs which exceed the costs relating to the standard delivery method.<\/li>\n<li>The online store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and require the buyer to return the goods, if the price of the goods was marked significantly below the market value of the goods due to an error.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0ef5c24 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"0ef5c24\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ff70734 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"ff70734\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h5 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Right to file a complaint<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-16092c4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"16092c4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul>\n<li>The online store is liable for any defects and non-conformities of the goods sold to the buyer that existed at the time of delivery and became apparent within two years of the delivery of the goods to the buyer. Any defect that becomes apparent within the first year from delivery of the goods to the buyer is presumed to have existed at the time the goods were delivered. The online store bears the burden of disproving this presumption.<\/li>\n<li>In the event of a defect, the buyer has the right to contact the online store within no later than two months by sending an email to <a href=\"mailto:info@monna.ee\">info@monna.ee<\/a>.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> <\/span><\/li>\n<li>The online store is not responsible for defects that have arisen after the delivery of the goods due to the actions or omissions of the consumer (incorrect use, accident, etc) or if it is normal wear and tear from regular use of the item.<\/li>\n<li>If the goods purchased from the online store have defects for which the online store is liable, the online store will repair or replace the defective goods.
