Products may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of purchase. This applies to products purchased from the M\u00d6NNA online store, but not to products purchased from resellers or elsewhere. Under no circumstances may the returned product be used, worn, dirty or washed. It must still have the original labels attached and show all other signs of being a new, unused product. Used products or products altered at the customer\u2019s request will not be accepted. The right of exchange applies once per transaction. Exchanged products cannot be exchanged a second time. The seller has the right not to accept the return of the product and to forward it for inspection to the production department of MOONSTAR O\u00dc, where a decision will be made no later than within 30 days as to whether the product can be accepted for return.<\/p>\n

Select \u2018Return parcel\u2019 from the Omniva parcel locker menu, then enter the return code received via SMS and attach the address label printed by the parcel locker. After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days. The right of withdrawal does not apply where the buyer is a legal person.<\/p>\n

In order to be eligible to use the 14-day right of withdrawal, the ordered goods must not be used in any manner other than that which is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and function of the goods, in a manner similar to what would be permitted when testing goods in a physical store. Any item to be exchanged or returned must not be damaged or show signs of wear, must be in its original packaging, and must have all original labels attached.<\/p>\n

If the goods have been used for purposes other than those necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and function of the goods, or if they have signs of use or wear, the online store has the right to reduce the refundable amount by the diminished value of the goods.<\/p>\n

To return goods, a withdrawal notice relating to the purchase must be submitted.<\/p>\n

Send the packaged goods to MOONSTAR O\u00dc, Kaare 4, Kuressaare, Saaremaa, +372 506 4025.<\/a>, no later than within 14 days of receiving the goods.<\/p>\n

Goods sent via parcel locker are accompanied either by a return label or an SMS return code; please familiarise yourself with the rules of the different service providers.<\/p>\n

For returned products, the accounting department of Moonstar O\u00dc will refund the amount to the bank account specified in your withdrawal notice without delay, but no later than within 30 days of receiving the returned product. The cost of courier or parcel locker services incurred in connection with sending and returning the parcel will not be refunded to the customer.<\/p>\n
